@thejoshelkin has a fantastic recipe that is sure to delight your taste buds. His twice-baked potatoes are loaded with sour cream, butter, and a double dose of cheese – Parmesan and sharp cheddar. Plus, a sprinkle of smoked paprika and onion powder adds an extra depth of flavor.
Ingredients:
- Russet potatoes
- Sour cream
- Butter
- Parmesan cheese
- Sharp Cheddar cheese
- Smoked paprika
- Onion powder
- Salt & Pepper
- Optional: Chopped chives for garnish
Steps:
1.) Pierce your potato with a fork and bake it at 425° for an hour. Let the potato cool and then slice off the top.
2.) Get a spoon and scoop out the inside of the potato.
3.) Place the (scooped-out part of the) potato in a bowl; add sour cream, butter, parmesan cheese, sharp cheese, paprika, onion powder, salt & pepper. Taste to see if the flavor is to your liking.
4.) Transfer the mashed potato to a ziplock bag & cut the bottom corner of the bag.
5.) Fill the empty potato with the mashed potato from the ziplock bag.
6.) Place the potato back on the baking sheet, and bake it for 20 minutes at 425°F

Our next potato recipe is a true work of art. @spicednice on TikTok shows us how to make accordion potatoes. As beautiful to look at as they are delicious to eat, these potatoes are seasoned with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning, then baked to crispy perfection.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes
- Butter
- Lemon pepper
- Garlic powder
- Cajun seasoning
- Black pepper
- Optional: Parsley for garnish

Steps:

2.) Take the sliced potato and place it in between two skewers and cut straight lines all the way across the skewers (which will help you to not cut all the way through the potato).

Finally, we have a recipe from @drsweettooth that turns baby potatoes into a savory treat. Coated in a delicious blend of olive oil, butter, and garlic, then dusted with Parmesan cheese and parsley, these baked baby potatoes are downright addictive.
Ingredients:
- Baby potatoes
- Olive oil

Steps
1.) Boil Baby Potatoes until they are fork-tender.

4.) In a pan melt Butter & Sauté (chopped) Garlic until aromatic. Then Chop your Parsley & Grate Parmesan Cheese (or use Parmesan Cheese that’s already grated).
5.) After your potatoes are done lather them with the Sautéed Butter & (chopped) Garlic, add the parsley & Parmesan Cheese all in a bowl.
6.) Toss bowl until all potatoes are covered in ingredients.
